For help with Mythological Center, Mythological Market purchases, book listings, digital products, subscriptions, or reader questions, contact us by email.

Order and purchase help

Many Mythological Center books are sold through Amazon, and some products or offers may be sold through Mythological Market or another checkout provider. For marketplace orders, shipment, payment, refund, and account questions may also need to be handled by the marketplace or payment processor that completed the transaction.

Books and product listings

If a book link is broken, a format is missing, a listing appears incorrect, or a product page needs clarification, send the title and URL so we can investigate.

Digital access and subscriptions

For newsletter issues, confirmation emails, unsubscribe questions, or access to reader materials, email support from the address involved when possible. We do not sell subscriber information. More detail is available in the Privacy Notice.

Response time

We aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible. Small publishing operations may not provide immediate live support, but customer and reader messages are reviewed through the support address above.
